Programs of the Education Committee

The Education Committee develops education targeted to health care providers who treat peripheral nerve problems. Read below to learn more about each program.

Monthly Webinars

Each month, the Global Nerve Foundation hosts a free webinar given by an expert in the peripheral nerve field. Register here to receive the webinar link, or follow the GNF on social media. Previous webinars are posted each month on our YouTube Channel.

In-person Nerve Course

Each year. the Global Nerve Foundation organizes in-person educational courses. In 2025, we are expecting to hold three in-person courses:
  • Feb 28-Mar 1 – Functional Reconstruction in collaboration with Esser Masterclass.
    • Organized by Drs. Liron Duraku, Dominic Power, Michiel Zuidam, Jonas Kolbenschlag
  • May 1-2 – Multidisciplinary Approach to the Brachial Plexus in collaboration with Hospital for Special Surgery.
    • Organized by Drs. Darryl Sneag, Ek Tsoon Tan, Jacques Hacquebord, Jean-Noel Goubier
  • Basic Nerve Course – More details coming soon!

Asynchronous Learning Management System

Members of the GNF will have access to learning modules created by the education committee. These modules will cover specific topics of nerve care ranging by diagnosis and specialty.
Committee members of the GNF are not compensated. They donate their time and expertise to the mission of the GNF.
