As per the Global Nerve Foundation Grant Guidelines, a surgeon must be associated with all research projects with at least a 10 percent commitment. It is preferable that the surgeon participate in all aspects of the research including study design, surgical procedures, analyzing results and increase their knowledge base related to research projects. Please list all surgeons associated with this research grant followed by their role with the grant i.e.John H Smith, MD PhD (PI), William H Brown, MD ( Co-PI), Thomas L.
